BenchForce is a brand owned and operated by EFI Connection LLC.
1. Eligibility:
The BenchForce PowerBlock Starter Kit Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, attending the Vision Hi-Tech Training & Expo. This Giveaway is only valid in the 50 United States and is not valid for current customers of EFI Connection LLC. Employees of EFI Connection LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must provide their First and Last Name and Email Address at the EFI Connection LLC booth during the Vision Hi-Tech Training & Expo. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on the opening date of the Vision Hi-Tech Training & Expo and ends on the closing date of the event. The winner will be selected no later than March 15, 2025.
4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days following the selection for shipping information.
5. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond to the email within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected at random.
6. Prize:
The prize consists of one (1) BenchForce PowerBlock Starter Kit for Enthusiasts at a cash value of $275.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other prize.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
By entering this Giveaway, participants consent to the collection of their personal information (First and Last Name, Email Address) for the sole purpose of administering the Giveaway, notifying the winner, and sending relevant marketing communications such as newsletters, updates, or promotional offers. By providing their email address, participants agree to receive future emails related to the Giveaway and other marketing initiatives. Participants may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email. Participants' personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required to facilitate the Giveaway.

EFI Connection LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time, without notice, for any reason. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of EFI Connection LLC, which are final and binding.
9. Limitation of Liability:
EFI Connection LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or failures that may occur during the entry process or for any lost or delayed entries. By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless EFI Connection LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from the Giveaway.
